When is it? The poster session will be held from 5:15-6:15 p.m. on Saturday, March 14 during the reception.
Who can showcase their work? The NCRA poster session is open to all physicians, APPs, fellows, residents, students and industry partners.
Industry partners: Poster submissions are limited to Ruby, Platinum or Diamond level corporate members and must have been accepted to ACR, EULAR or another national rheumatology meeting in the preceding year. For Platinum and Diamond level corporate members, the posters are free. Ruby-level corporate members must purchase their poster for $5,000.
When is the application due? Poster submissions are due by February 20.
How can I apply? Please see the form below to submit a PDF or PowerPoint slide of your poster and include the name of the prior academic conference. Posters not previously accepted to an academic meeting will be reviewed.
What is required during the session? We ask that you attend the poster session and stand near your poster during the reception. Please print and bring your poster to the meeting. Standard sizes are allowed, not to exceed 90″ x 42″. Your poster will be hung during the Saturday afternoon break.
Additional Information
Conference fees will be waived for the fellows and residents who participate in the poster session. Residents, please use the Fellows registration type when registering for the conference.
Fellows, reservations must be made with the NCRA block. Make your hotel reservations by February 13 at 5 p.m. Use this link to book your reservations or call 704-377-0400 to reserve a room and ask for the NCRA conference. We suggest making reservations before that date as once our block fills, we cannot guarantee the ability to extend our rate to additional rooms.
