NORM (National Organization of Rheumatology Managers has developed a resource page to aid practice manager/administrators through the non-clinical challenges that practices are facing. Their resource page has information to help manage the clinic from telehealth to staff issues. They also hosted a town hall on March 18th and the recording is available as are the slides.
